I totally get it. Time and money.
My list made no sense... Replace she with here and ago with and.
So I finally tuned the car a little and it made a difference but I think the carb still needs rebuilt, no vacuum leaks were found. The bad news of it is I had to tune the carb to get the car driving better for a friends funeral. He was fairly well known in the mini truck scene but also built suspensions for a few Caddies and street rods along the way. He built the vehicles out of a small town (around 135 people) in Southern Iowa but had many mag features on his builds as well as his shop.
Let me know if this is not ok, Chris, but I wanted to post a few pics from his funeral and a few of his builds he did over the years
I wanted to get all the cars people brought but the small town left us just finding places to park so no group pic could be taken.
This first pic is one of my buddy who died's truck. It a 67 Toyota Stout with an LS. He drove it all over to shows and just recently completed the power tour in it.
Some of his more notable builds.
Of course it's ok. Sorry about your buddy. It sounds like he went way to soon.
a toast to your friend, looks like his dreams will continue on. your right chris, way too much beauty in his eyes to leave this soon.
Thank you, gentlemen. He had a rare blood disorder since birth so it was always a when not an if it would take his life but still happened fast.
BTW are these your photos? If so can I use them?
Only the Cadillac ones.
